As select styles are housed off-site, we’re unable to accommodate walk-ins. All visits must be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to your desired time. Each 1-hour appointment is exclusively reserved for one guest, offering you the opportunity to explore and try on our latest collections in complete comfort and privacy. Should you wish to attend with a friend, we recommend booking an additional slot to maintain the personalized nature of the experience.

How do I pay for my picks during the try-on?

You can log into your Amberé Club account and check out with all available payment methods.

What happens if I am late or missed my slot?

We get that plans can change.
You can reschedule your time slot up to 24 hours in advance (subject to availability). Simply email us to reschedule and we will try our best to accommodate.
If you're running late, no worries. You can still enjoy the remaining time in your booked slot.
We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time for registration.

Are the items selected in the booking form be reserved?

Unfortunately we are unable to reserve selected stocks in advance. All stocks will be available on a first-come, first served basis. At the same time, we are working hand in hand with our developer team to improve this feature for reservation of stocks in the near future.
